Confession: My secret dream (well, not so secret anymore) is to be a comic strip artist. I have always been a little obsessed with Calvin and Hobbes, The Far Side, and Zits, and I once got this book about illustrating comics when I was pretty little, and I read it ALL the time. I even wrote several letters to syndicates that I fully intended to mail, as an 11 year old, but never did. Anyway, I randomly think of images or jokes that would make great comics, so of course, I just have to put them on paper! At least my husband and I have a good laugh....even if we are the only ones!
